To access the full functionality of top888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP), a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. top888 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended immediately, all associated balances forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must:
top888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
top888 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process is also a safeguard for Players, protecting against unauthorized withdrawal of funds.
Under normal circumstances, KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. During peak periods (weekends, public holidays), processing may extend to 48 hours. Players will be notified via email and on-site notification upon approval or if additional documents are required.
Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and place wagers, but withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. top888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing indefinitely pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time for e-wallets and within 5 minutes for bank transfers under normal network conditions.

All payment accounts used to deposit or withdraw funds must be registered solely in the Player's own name. top888 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names. Any attempt to use another person's payment account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If your bank or e-wallet provider applies a currency conversion, any associated fees or exchange-rate differences are your sole responsibility. top888 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or payment provider may levy their own transaction charges.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum turnover requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to certain table games, live dealer side-bets, and lottery draws — may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the turnover requirement. top888 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to close a Player's Account without prior notice, if we determine — in our reasonable judgment — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Bonus Balance without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
top888 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to discontinue a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, Players who have already opted in will be entitled to any bonus credits already awarded, subject to the turnover requirements in effect at the time of opt-in.
All sports bets placed on the top888 platform — including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup), badminton, MotoGP, basketball, volleyball, and E-sports — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In all cases, the result determined by the relevant official governing body shall be final. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout; a single void selection will reduce the bet to the remaining legs.

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; a clear pricing error was made by the Platform (manifestly incorrect odds); or the bet was placed after the official start time of the event due to a data feed delay. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Wallet Balance in full.
The maximum payout per individual winning bet or game round is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) unless a specific market or promotion states a higher limit in writing. top888 reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts on specific markets during periods of unusual betting volume.
